Damaged Goods

If any of your beers are damaged en route then let us know and specify whether you want a refund, replacement or a store credit.


Please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and email us with an explanation of the problem, plus the order number.

We will send you replacement beer, for those cans damaged, at no additional cost.






If you need to return your goods, please contact us first so we can arrange the necessary details. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
