Portable Wedding Bar Hire
Our mobile bar setup is designed for weddings across the Bay of Plenty, serving cold drinks on tap without the stress of chilly bins, ice runs, or temporary DIY bars.
The portable setup includes:
- four-tap dispensing system
- chilled service with no ice required
- delivery, setup, and pack-down
- flexible drink selections

The portable bar
Our portable bar is designed to keep the drinks cold, the pours flowing, and the setup looking right at home at your wedding or event.
With a professional four-tap keg system, it’s perfect for serving craft beer, and more — all without the mess of ice tubs or temporary bar setups.
Designed to work as either a self-pour experience or a fully staffed bar, you can keep things relaxed and interactive or leave the pouring to the pros.
Our bar travels on castor wheels, so it needs to be on firm, flat, ground-level terrain — hard floors, decking, patios, and short firm grass all work well. Stairs, sand, long grass, and soft ground are a no. Not sure if your venue is suitable? Just ask — we’re always happy to help out.

Pricing shown is a starting point — once we’ve got the details of your event, we’ll put together a custom quote tailored to your day.
Travel outside our standard service area may attract an additional charge of $1.50 per kilometre.
